The objective of our proposal - Recontextualising Textile Craftsmanship: Cultural Sustainability in Fashion -  is to prevent mindless textile and garment consumption in the EU and revive the heritage of European textile crafts by integrating traditional craftsmanship in the contemporary fashion development process and stimulate artisan-designer collaborations.

SECURING CULTURAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS FOR THE OMA OF LAOS

The Cultural IP Rights Initiative, through Monica Moisin, is the Cultural IP Law Consultant in a project lead by CIPRI Member the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre in Laos designed to secure Cultural IP protection for the Traditional Cultural Expressions and associated Traditional Knowledge of the Oma Community in Laos. The project is funded through a Voice Global - Sudden Opportunity Grant
